It features a handshake — the universal symbol of business, negotiation and agreement — above a solid blue sky. A circle of thirteen gold stars (two are covered by the hands) represents the thirteen critical infrastructures and the original colonies that formed America. An outer ring colored in US currency-green, indicating prosperity, supports the council's name spelled out in classic Warnock font. A gold key symbolizing access and security anchors the bottom of the image.
